SHIPPING POLICY

At VYSE, we ship worldwide. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

Canada: $20 CAD flat rate — FREE on orders over $150 CAD
 United States: $30 CAD flat rate
International: $40 CAD flat rate

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

 Canada: 2–7 business days
 United States: 4–10 business days
 International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. VYSE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country. VYSE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. VYSE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@vyse.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
